Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms are between Agentscope Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş., identified in the details at the top of this page, and you as the user of the service. They cover the services at agentscope.ai, hyper.agentscope.ai and platform.agentscope.ai.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, the enterprise agreement signed with that organization prevails over these terms; in case of conflict the enterprise agreement applies.

How your personal data is processed is set out separately in the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• Platform: the AgentScope.HyperAgent application served at platform.agentscope.ai.
• Agent: the AI assistant that runs with the configuration you define on the platform.
• Your content: the messages you write, the files you upload and the configurations you define on the platform.
• Account: your user record on the platform.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account. We do not verify age; by creating an account you declare that you meet this condition.

Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code is sent to your e-mail address. You are responsible for the security of your e-mail account; actions taken in your account under your identity are attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access, report it to the address in the details above.

The information you provide must be accurate. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you declare that you are authorized to represent it.

4. Description of the service

AgentScope.HyperAgent is a platform that lets organizations run AI agents on their own data and their own business rules. It organizes knowledge sources, orchestrates specialist agents and operates workflows.

The service is offered in three deployment modes: HyperAgent Individual, Enterprise and On-Prem. Which features you can reach depends on your account's plan and on the agreement made with your organization.

We continue to develop the service; features may change, be added or be removed over time. If a removal would materially affect your use, we notify you in advance.

5. Plans, subscription and cancellation

Apart from the free plan, paid plans are offered in monthly periods. Plan contents and prices are published on the pricing page.

As of today, the payment infrastructure for paid plans is NOT live: no payment is taken through the platform and no amount is charged to your card. Before real charging begins, a distance sales agreement and a pre-information form will be published and your consent will be obtained separately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep your plan's features until then and move to the free plan at period end. You can undo a cancellation before the period ends.

When you change plans, upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the period. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before the period ends.

6. Your content

The content you put into the platform is yours. You grant us only the rights needed to deliver the service, for as long as that takes: to store your content, process it, pass it to the AI model and show it back to you.

We do not use your content to train our own AI models and we do not sell it to third parties. The model provider we use also does not, under its terms, use customer data to train its own models.

You declare that you hold the necessary rights over the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree not to:

• Use it for any purpose contrary to applicable law.
• Process another person's personal data without informing them and without a legal basis.
• Probe or attempt to bypass the security of the system, reverse engineer it, or circumvent access limits.
• Place unreasonable load on the service with automated tools or attempt to exceed rate limits.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malicious software or generate content intended to deceive others.

Use contrary to these rules triggers the suspension and termination provisions below.

8. A warning about AI output

Answers produced by the agent may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. AI models can produce information that does not exist as though it did.

Output is NOT legal, financial, medical or professional advice. If you use it in law, finance or similar fields, do not act on a result without having it verified by a qualified professional. The decision to rely on output, and its consequences, are yours.

You may receive different answers to the same question at different times; this follows from the nature of the models and is not a fault.

9. Third-party services and integrations

The platform can work with third-party systems you connect (your own application interfaces, data sources or tool servers). You establish and authorize those connections.

When you set up an integration, you determine what data goes to that system and which terms govern it. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or security of third-party systems.

The infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service, and where data goes, are listed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its interface, source code, design and trade marks belong to Agentscope Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş. These terms grant you a right to use the service; they transfer no ownership.

AgentScope.HyperAgent and the related marks are the company's trade marks. They may not be used commercially without our written permission.

11. Availability of the service

We work to deliver the service without interruption, but unless committed in a separate enterprise agreement we do not guarantee a specific availability level.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or security reasons. For planned maintenance we notify you in advance wherever possible.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory provisions of the law are reserved.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption; nor for the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on AI output.

In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and your rights arising from consumer legislation, fall outside this limitation.

13. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. On a closure request your personal content is deleted; in records we are legally required to keep, the link to your identity is severed.

We may suspend or close your account in case of breach of the acceptable use rules, behaviour that harms the service or other users, or unlawful use. Except in an urgent security situation, we notify you first and give you an opportunity to remedy.

On termination, provisions that by their nature must survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in force.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of the page show which text applies.

For a material change we notify you through the platform before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may close your account.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you use the service as a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
